Garden City Design Build (GCDB) is a boutique design-build firm based in Evergreen, Colorado and is owned by husband and wife duo, Mark and Leslie Kane. We specialize in general contracting, construction management, and design services. We are licensed for larger development and commercial projects as well so sky is the limit. Awesome remodels both in terms of inside/outside design but also workmanship and attention to details. Specialty is gutting and renovation of mid-century existing homes and duplexes. I wanted to add we had Garden City redesign, renovate, and completely remodel our dated country style laundry room. It was done awesome with new storage cabinets, special floor tile, shiplap walls, new lighting, and remodeled 1/2bath, new plumbing throughout. On time, on budget, and great cleanup too.
